Job Description

We are seeking Communication and Engagement project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication plans that align with business objectives and enhance brand identity.
  • Create engaging content for internal and external communication, such as newsletters, blogs, social media, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage corporate messaging to ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning.
  • Lead employee engagement activities, brand campaigns, event communications, and digital storytelling efforts to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, talent, and leadership teams to amplify key initiatives.
  • Monitor brand perception, analyze communication effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Oversee visual and written brand guidelines to ensure adherence across all platforms.

Eligibility:

  • 3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or related fields.
  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communications.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, leadership teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Ability to analyze brand perception and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with employee engagement and digital storytelling initiatives.
