We are looking for a seasoned Head of Construction to lead the execution of our upcoming high-rise residential portfolio. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for building the construction department from the ground up, establishing institutional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale vertical developments. This role requires a Builder-Leader who can balance strategic organizational growth with hands-on site management and team mentoring.

• Organizational Setup & SOPs: Develop and implement standardized project management frameworks, including SOPs for quality assurance, safety protocols, and contract administration.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the transition from pre-construction to handover, ensuring all milestones are met within defined scope, quality, and budget constraints.
• Team Building: Strategize the organizational structure for the project unit and lead the recruitment, training, and retention of a high-performing lean site management team.
• Technical Governance: Supervise the implementation of advanced construction technologies (e.g., specialized formwork systems) and manage the coordination of complex MEPF and vertical transportation systems.
• Contract & Procurement Strategy: Collaborate with the procurement team to define contract strategies, evaluate vendor capabilities, and manage high-value consultancy and contracting partners.
• Budgetary Oversight: Monitor and own the project financials, update management on cost-to-complete analyses at regular intervals, and implement value engineering initiatives to optimize project ROI.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical, financial, and regulatory risks, maintaining robust mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted project progress.

• Vertical Development Expertise: Proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise residential or commercial towers (30+ storeys) from substructure through to final handover.
• Systemic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to create and enforce operational processes in a new or rapidly growing organizational environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern construction methodologies, excavation management for sloping sites, and integrated building services.
• Strategic Planning: Expert-level proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project) and integrated ERP systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills for managing relationships with developers, consultants, vendors and regulatory authorities.
