Job Description Project Manager / Head Interior Fit-Out & Construction

Location: Mumbai, Pune

Experience:

  • Minimum 04-07 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects such as corporate offices, commercial spaces, and workplace interiors.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Interiors to oversee Corporate/Commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships and guiding cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Program Management

  • Implement effective project management frameworks for corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects.
  • Define and implement project control and management criteria for regional assignments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting client requirements, design guidelines, and business objectives.
  • Monitor project deliverables, manage risk allowances, and control all changes/variations.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage the design and site delivery teams, delegating and tracking responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and foster teamwork among all project stakeholders.
  • Guide and manage coordination with vendors, consultants, and business partners through project completion.
  • Act as the escalation point between the client and the company to resolve issues promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Establish formal reporting structures for project progress.
  • Prepare and present reports for clients and internal management.

Execution & Quality Management

  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards across all project phases.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise execution activities to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Post-graduation in Project Management or Construction Management preferred.
  • Minimum 04-07 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects such as corporate offices, commercial spaces, and workplace interiors.
  • Strong knowledge of trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Experience in managing project teams at a regional level.
