Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager near Nagpur. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Daily tasks include managing project schedules, client visits, supervising expediting activities, ensuring timely inspections, managing logistics, and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve issues and financial progress through billing. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards during all project phases.

Qualifications

• Degrees such as M.Tech / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Project Management from reputed universities
• 10+ years experience in Project Management
• Experience in Civil Work of Bridges, ROBs, RUBs, Box Pushing technique, Goods Sheds, Platform works
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on projects with Railway/NHAI/MoRTH or other Government Departments
• Experience in Client Billing and knowledge of DSR / USSOR / SORs and other relevant Schedules
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Candidate should be able to showcase timely progress of past project deliverables.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and standards for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to ensure the efficient transportation of materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with civil engineering processes and infrastructure development is preferred.
