Maintain SLA for smooth billing by coordinating with the field team to address complaints and ensure accurate readings
Daily monitoring and analyzing of multiple reports ( HES reads , MDM reads, MDM reports Advising , Non communicating meter, TSP, Different type of exception) for betterment of project
