Skills:
- Minimum 10 years experience in project management preferably in actuator automation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft projects, primavera p6.
- Ability to work in Teams.
- Networking and interpersonal skills.
- Problem Analytical skills.
Job Description:
- Strong experience in Actuators Automation Accessories.
- Project experience of automation in overseas Middle East, for east, and Europe countries.
- Lead various projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Expertise to drive successful project out comes.
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Develop project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Communicate project progress, status updates and issues to senior management.
- Manage project resources effectively, including team members, vendors and third-party contractors.
- Conduct project post-mortems to evaluate lesson learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Proven track record of project handling in automation.
- Strong background in project management and Technical expertise in actuator systems.
- Kick off meeting with customer and scheduling the project according to the Contract terms.
