Role Description

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Project Manager who can combine strong project management capabilities with technical understanding, leadership, and customer-facing skills.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading multiple software development projects, mentoring engineering teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is someone who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while fostering modern engineering and project delivery practices.

This isn't a sit in meetings all day corporate role.

This is a hands-on build-grow-with-us role.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Track project progress using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team productivity.

Team Management & Mentorship

  • Lead, mentor, and support development teams across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration between developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance discussions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, learning, and innovation.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with international enterprise customers.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
  • Conduct project status meetings, sprint reviews, and executive updates.
  • Manage expectations, scope discussions, and escalation handling.

Process & Agile Transformation

  • Champion Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern software development methodologies.
  • Introduce and improve engineering processes, delivery frameworks, and project governance.
  • Promote DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and quality-focused development practices.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven project management and performance metrics.

Technical Leadership (Good to Have)

  • Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight when required.
  • Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design and implementation strategies.
  • Help drive best practices in software engineering, quality assurance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years handling enterprise-scale projects.
  • Proven success in managing enterprise customers across industries (B2B, SaaS, ERP, cloud modernization, or integration projects).
  • Experience delivering Azure-based solutions, web/mobile apps, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with project managements tools e.g. as Jira, Teams, Office 365 etc
  • Strong familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methodologies for enterprise projects.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus. 

Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and enterprise customer engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack development and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to handle enterprise projects with complex dependencies.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills
