Job Description:
Lead end-to-end delivery and run operations of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) programs across multiple business units. Own discovery, design governance, delivery, and production support of attended and unattended automations. Partner with Business, CoE, Technology, Risk/Controls, and Operations to scale automation outcomes (FTE savings, quality, and cycle-time reduction) while maintaining robust change, incident, and compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Leadership
Define and maintain the automation roadmap, intake, and prioritization aligned to business objectives and funding.
Establish governance (steering, weekly cadences) and report program health, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Own financials: business case, benefits realization, budgets, and vendor/SOW management, ROI calculation.
Discovery & Design Governance
Run discovery and due diligence; validate readiness, controls, and process stability.
Ensure creation and sign-off of PDD/SDD, SOPs, and test strategy; drive standard patterns and reusable components.
Use AI tools to automate requirement gathering
Delivery Management
Plan, execute, and track projects using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies (backlog, sprint goals, velocity).
Coordinate BA, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Production Support; remove blockers and manage dependencies.
Enforce SDLC, CI/CD, code reviews, and quality gates; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with first-time-right quality.
Technical Platform & Environments
Oversee UiPath Orchestrator/Automation Cloud, Studio, Test Suite environments, credentials, and non-prod/prod segregation.
Coordinate infra provisioning (VMs, queues, storage), access via AD/SSO, secrets, and network integrations (APIs, databases, SAP, web).
Working knowledge in Agentic AI and GenAI
Stakeholder & People Management
Engage business owners, SME, tech controls, InfoSec; communicate status, KPIs, and benefits to executives.
Lead teams (onboarding, coaching, performance management); foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
10–15 years in technology with 8+ years in intelligent automation/RPA delivery and operations.
Hands-on familiarity with UiPath (Orchestrator, Studio, Test Suite)
Strong SDLC/Agile expertise; exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation.
Understanding of security, risk, audit, and compliance for automation at scale (PII, secrets, access controls).
Working knowledge of APIs, databases/SQL, ETL, and integration with enterprise apps (SAP/ERP/CRM).
Certifications preferred: PMP, Agile/Scrum, UiPath (Automation Business Analyst/Developer/Orchestrator).
