Project Manager:

Key Result Areas:

Plan, monitor and lead end-to-end execution of EOT crane projects from order finalization to commissioning ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Bridge gaps between sales, production, operations, and customers to ensure seamless project execution and customer retention.

Create project schedules and timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects stay on track.

Break down projects into tasks, plan resource allocation, and ensure efficient execution.

Maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and team involvement.

Provide comprehensive documentation and final reports to clients.

Communicate project updates and progress to customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and quality.

Who Can Apply

- B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical) OR MBA/PGDBA in Project Management

- 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Capital Goods / Heavy Engineering / Material Handling Equipment

- Strong knowledge of crane design, fabrication, erection, and commissioning

-Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical projects

- Familiarity with large-scale manufacturing operations

- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels

- Ability to build a broad network quickly

- Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative nature

- Familiarity with standard Project Management tools and templates
