Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project team members to identify, track, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables are submitted on time and meet defined quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant project information.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure proper execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and facilitate change requests while ensuring all stakeholders are informed about impacts on timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and documentation required for project implementation.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients during the project lifecycle.
  • Obtain customer acceptance and approval of project deliverables.
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction during the project transition phase.
