Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution and timely delivery.
- Handle all client communication, feedback, and relationship management.
- Coordinate with design, content, SEO, and marketing teams for smooth workflow.
- Track project progress, performance metrics and ensure consistent quality.
- Manage task allocation, prioritisation and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor SEO, social media, website, and digital marketing activities.
- Guide team members and ensure accountability across all projects.
- Take full ownership of ongoing services including content creation, digital marketing, AEO/GEO, SEO, branding and web projects.
- Participate in client meetings, reviews, pitches and marketing discussions.
- Proactively identify gaps, solve problems and maintain a growth-focused environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and project management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content designing, social media marketing and paid ads.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong team management and leadership qualities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under timelines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and improvements.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and client events.
