We are looking for Project Manager for Tripura location with the following requisite criteria:
Responsibilities
- Extensive Knowledge on Networking & IT Security
- Extensive Knowledge on Server Storage & Virtualization
- Exposure on DC Non-IT/BMS/DCIM
- Experience on Managing Data Center for at least 5 years with experience on industry standard practices on DC process
- Certification on ITIL/ ITSM/ Prince etc.
- Experience on Coordination with different user department/ vendors/ OEM's Consultant with respective authority for change management of system architecture.
- Experience on Knowledge Management & Sharing with all team members on Project Update
- Exposure on Preparation & Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly report generated from DC Infrastructure as an when required.
- Experience on Coordination with User/Department for better user experience.
- Experience on Coordination with State Authority /DIT / State Nodal Body for various activities related to existing project augmentation or new project
Qualifications
- B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA/ MSc.IT with minimum 7years of experience
- ITIL/ITSM Certified
- Should have a proven track record of managing operational IT support teams including establishment of DC/ processes, Technology & Staffing
- Should have exposure to ISO 20000 & ISO 27001 process
