Required Skills And Experience
- 8+ years of IT/technology project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years managing ServiceNow development or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM/SPM and other collaboration platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage non-technical audiences and senior leaders.
Preferred Certifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP or equivalent.
- ServiceNow CSA, Implementation Specialist or related certifications.
- Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSM.
- ITIL 4 Foundation.
