Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. As a Senior Project Manager, you will organize, plans, and executes projects while working within constraints budgets, schedule, and scope. You will lead teams, define project goals, communicate with stakeholders, and see a project through to its closure with a custom er first mindset.

Your role includes:

• Planning: Developing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Budgeting: Estimating project costs, managing the project budget, and tracking expenses.
• Team Management: Assembling and leading project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
• Risk Management: Identifying and assessing potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management plans.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Identifying project stakeholders, managing their expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving project issues and obstacles.

Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:
As a Senior Project Manager, having Prince2 or PMI-PMP certification is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of System Integration will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a project management aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of planning, cost/scope and risk management. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
