Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Site Coordination to manage day-to-day site execution, coordination between stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. The role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Coordination

Oversee day-to-day construction activities at site

Coordinate between architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients

Ensure drawings, specifications, and BOQs are correctly implemented on site

Resolve site-level technical and coordination issues promptly

2. Planning & Scheduling

Prepare and monitor project schedules and work programs

Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against plans

Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment as per schedule

3. Quality Control

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

Ensure rectification of snags and non-conformance issues

4. Cost & Resource Management

Monitor material consumption and wastage

Verify contractor bills, measurements, and running account (RA) bills

Assist in cost control and budget adherence

5. Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety norms and site safety protocols

Maintain site records, permits, and statutory compliances

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings where required

6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and MOMs

Coordinate approvals, shop drawings, and material submittals

Update management on project status, risks, and delays

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management

510 years of relevant site-based project management experience

Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications

Experience coordinating with multiple contractors and consultants

Skills & Competencies

Strong site coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple activities under tight timelines

Good knowledge of MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD (basic)

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Leadership and team management skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in residential / commercial / hospitality / interior fit-out projects

Exposure to MEP coordination

PMP or equivalent certification (optional)
