The Team

Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong experience in banking digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in customer onboarding, digital account servicing, and a deep understanding of mobile and online banking journeys, along with strong Agile delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects within banking, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Drive end-to-end customer onboarding and digital account servicing initiatives
• Design and optimize mobile and online banking journeys to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and UX
• Champion Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and tailor them to team and project needs
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Use JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, tracking, reporting, and dashboards
• Work closely with global stakeholders and senior leadership
• Provide insights with a consulting mindset to improve processes and deliver business value
• Support data-driven decision-making with basic understanding of AI and data concepts

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in banking/financial services (Banking experience is mandatory)
• Strong exposure to:
• Customer onboarding
• Digital account servicing
• Mobile and online banking platforms
• Domain knowledge in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Private Banking
• Extensive experience in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Proven track record of implementing and driving Agile practices
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence dashboards
• Experience working across global markets and managing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Consulting mindset with strong analytical thinking
• Basic knowledge of AI and Data is a plus

Hiring Criteria

• Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad
• Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days (Not looking for 90 days notice period)
• Experience: Minimum 6 years
• Mandatory: Banking domain experience (No operations profile)
