We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Design Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end project execution for ultra high purity piping, tubing, and utility systems, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Review and interpret project specifications, P&IDs, BOQs, and BOMs; ensure alignment with SEMI, PED, and cleanroom standards.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Mentor junior project engineers, building team capability and supporting professional development.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to resolve technical or execution challenges.
- Provide leadership in project reviews, client meetings, and audits, ensuring issues are identified and resolved proactively.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5–10 years of project management experience in semiconductor, PV solar, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale turnkey projects with budgets of ₹20 crore and above. Strong understanding of ultra-high purity piping, cleanroom systems, and relevant industry codes. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, balance multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Client-centric mindset with a strong commitment to quality and precision.
