Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of Amagi's products and services
  • Lead project delivery from kickoff to closeout, coordinating engineers and resources, managing escalations, and monitoring progress
  • Maintain deep product and technical knowledge of Amagi's platform to provide technical guidance and customer feedback
  • Support billing accuracy, documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, and development

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology fields
  • 5+ years in project management roles in IT, with at least 2 years customer-facing experience
  • Experience with Agile project management preferred, certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP or SaFE are a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of media technologies such as OTT, Server Side Ad Insertion, Video on Demand, Digital Broadcast is preferred
