Position: Project Head – PMC (Commercial Project)

Location: Noida

Experience: 13–19 Years

Role Overview

The Project Head – PMC will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale commercial real estate projects from inception to handover. The role requires overall ownership of project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, cost, quality, and timelines while representing the client's interests as a Project Management Consultant (PMC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Head end-to-end delivery of a commercial real estate project (office/commercial complex) as PMC
  • Act as the single point of responsibility for project planning, execution, and control
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal PMC staff
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, statutory compliances, and approvals
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
  • Manage risks, resolve escalations, and drive corrective/preventive actions
  • Interface with clients, senior stakeholders, architects, statutory authorities, and consultants
  • Review and approve drawings, method statements, BOQs, and project documentation
  • Drive value engineering initiatives and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle

Key Requirements

  • 13–19 years of total experience in construction/project management
  • Must have independently headed at least one full-scale commercial project
  • Prior experience working with PMC / EPC / Developer organizations
  • Strong exposure to high-rise / IT parks / large office or mixed-use commercial developments
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, scheduling, and cost control

Educational Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • PMP / PMC / Project Management certification preferred
