Job Description
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation, gap analysis, planning, and execution to delivery and support.
- Conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder analysis to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for development teams.
- Perform process reengineering and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage feature prioritization using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and Kano.
- Lead projects following Agile/Scrum methodologies, conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams to communicate ideas effectively.
- Use JIRA (and related tools) for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- EdTech domain experience is highly preferred.
