Role Summary
The Project Manager leads complex M&A integration, separation/divestiture, and strategic cross‑functional initiatives across the enterprise. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution oversight, governance, and stakeholder management across multi‑workstream programs.
You will partner closely with IMO/SMO leaders, functional heads (Technology, HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations), and senior executives to ensure delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and alignment throughout the transaction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
· Lead planning and delivery across multiple M&A workstreams, ensuring alignment to IMO/SMO program objectives and governance requirements.
· Drive development of Day 0, Day 1, TSA, cutover, and separation readiness plans; coordinate cross‑functional deliverables and interdependencies.
· Maintain end‑to‑end program timelines, RAID logs, functional milestones, KPIs, and synergy or cost‑avoidance tracking.
· Facilitate governance forums such as Steering Committees, Executive Reviews, PMO reviews, and readiness checkpoints.
· Conduct risk assessments and scenario analysis; propose mitigation plans and ensure timely issue resolution.
· Support creation of program artifacts including integration roadmaps, TSA trackers, risk heatmaps, implementation guides, and status dashboards.
· Own end‑to‑end delivery for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, governance, and delivery frameworks.
· Develop integrated project plans, manage schedules, budgets, resource allocations, timelines, and change controls.
· Lead cross‑functional meetings, alignment sessions, decision‑making forums, and executive readouts.
· Provide senior‑level reporting and communication, including executive summaries, steering committee decks, risks/escalations, and progress updates.
· Ensure data accuracy across dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.).
· Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and PMO teams to maintain strong project governance and compliance.
· Manage senior stakeholders across multiple divisions; facilitate structured communication and expectation setting.
· Act as a primary contact for cross‑functional leads, ensuring seamless coordination during high‑complexity transitions.
· Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including acquired/divested entity leaders.
· Guide and mentor Coordinators or Associate PMs on PMO processes and best practices.
· Identify opportunities to streamline project governance, reporting routines, delivery processes, and automation.
· Contribute to PMO maturity by standardizing frameworks, templates, workflows, and tooling enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
· 8–12 years of preferably supporting M&A integration, separation, or large transformation programs.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
· Experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments with competing priorities.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, reporting formats, and strong data interpretation capability.
· Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project, or enterprise PPM systems.
· Strong analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and ability to rapidly synthesize information.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities simultaneously..

· Project Management certifications (PMP, SAFe).
· Prior experience managing or coordinating multi‑workstream programs, especially in M&A or organizational change.
· Exposure to resource management, benefits/synergy tracking, financial tracking, and cost‑management processes.
