Key Responsibilities
Mobile App Development & Management
- Lead the end-to-end development, design, and lifecycle management of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Ensure the apps deliver a seamless and intuitive User Experience (UX) and are optimized for performance across devices.
- Oversee deployment, updates, version control, and maintenance of mobile applications.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams in Sales, Technical Services, Logistics, and Production to gather and translate business requirements into technical mobile solutions.
- Coordinate app features to support use cases such as sales force automation, site visit tracking, real-time order placement, complaint registration, and field data collection.
System Integration
- Integrate mobile solutions with ERP, CRM, and inventory systems to ensure real-time data exchange and operational efficiency.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead internal mobile app development teams or manage third-party developers.
- Assign tasks, review progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and technical standards.
Compliance & Data Security
- Implement mobile security best practices and ensure apps are GDPR compliant and aligned with company data protection policies.
Training & Support
- Provide training sessions, user documentation, and ongoing technical support to app users, both internal (sales reps, field staff) and external (dealers, applicators).
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Set up and manage analytics tools to track mobile app usage, adoption, and performance.
- Use insights to drive improvements and updates.
