As an Account Manager at CodiFi, your key responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, expectations, and challenges, and acting as the primary point of contact.
Project Coordination: Overseeing end-to-end project execution by coordinating with internal teams, ensuring deliverables meet client specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Sales and Business Development: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, supporting client retention, and contributing to new business acquisition efforts.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring account performance, tracking key metrics, and preparing periodic reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
