Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Delhi. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for AI and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, defining project requirements, and maintaining detailed project documentation and reports. The role involves tracking milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring quality through inspections and reviews. The Project Manager will also collaborate closely with logistics, expediting, and inspection teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong project delivery capabilities, including Project Management experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to track and accelerate critical project activities, materials, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure quality standards, compliance, and acceptance criteria are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate movement of materials, resources, and information across multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar) and experience working in technology or AI-driven environments is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
