Company Description Hyper Stealth Technologies Private Limited (HSTPL) is a specialized defense technology company focused on advanced camouflage, concealment, and signature management solutions for military applications. The company designs, develops, and manufactures cutting-edge stealth products that meet stringent military specifications and protect assets from modern surveillance and tracking systems.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Defence Project Manager role based in South Delhi. The Defence Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of defense projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with R&D, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and client teams to manage timelines, budgets, and risk, while ensuring all milestones and documentation are completed on schedule. The role involves monitoring supplier performance, expediting critical materials and components, and organizing inspections to verify compliance with defense and internal standards. The Defence Project Manager will track project progress using appropriate tools, prepare status reports for leadership and customers, and support continuous improvement in project processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder defense or manufacturing projects.
  • Expediting capabilities, including Expeditor and Expediting experience to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up of critical materials and services.
  • Inspection experience, including conducting or coordinating Inspection activities for quality, compliance, and acceptance in defense or industrial environments.
  • Logistics Management skills, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics flows for materials, equipment, and finished products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related field) or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or high-spec manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and documentation practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare clear technical and project reports.
