Project Manager Civil

Role Summary

Responsible for execution of complete interior fit-out works for an office space in an already constructed building, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and coordination with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute civil and interior finishing works including partitions, flooring, ceilings, carpentry, and finishes.
• Supervise contractors and site teams for day-to-day interior execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications before implementation.
• Coordinate with MEP, interior designers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and site safety.
• Track material usage, site progress, and contractor deliverables.
• Prepare basic site reports and progress updates.

Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience

10-15 years experience in interior fit-out / commercial office projects.
