Project Manager Civil

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager Civil, based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and managing construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and addressing any issues that arise during execution. Additionally, the Project Manager Civil will ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering and a strong understanding of infrastructure concepts
• Expertise in Construction Management and Project Management frameworks
• Experience with Budgeting and cost control for large-scale construction projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree is an added advantage
• Familiarity with industry-standard construction software is beneficial
