Project Manager Civil Interiors

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute interior civil works for commercial, hospitality, or residential projects.

Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to align structural and interior elements.

Develop and review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for interior finishes and civil modifications.

Essential Skills & Tools

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.

Strong grasp of building codes, interior detailing, and structural coordination.

Experience with BIM workflows and project documentation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

5- 10 years of experience in Interior Fit-outs, preferably in sectors like hospitality, hotel.
