Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all civil engineering aspects of the plant construction project from planning to commissioning.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Liaise with local authorities for permits, approvals, and inspections.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10 to 24 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
- Mandatory experience in F&B / Beverage / Bottling plant projects.
- Proven track record in project management, site execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working with multinational clients or large-scale industrial setups.
- Familiarity with lean construction practices and sustainability standards.
