  • Candidate must be relocate to the location and stay there for easy operation

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Work Experience of 10 years, out of which 3 years in charge of (G+4) Buildings, Landscaping, MEP and Infra works.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • MS office, Knowledge of Autocad

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan all the construction operations and schedule all the respective activities to complete the project on time.
  • Evaluate project progress and Manage DPRs
  • Prepare Project management charts (Gantt Charts, Flow Charts, CPM, PERT) using PM Tools.
  • Understand project requirements as per mentioned in WO/Awarded contract and Tenders.
  • Ensuring the timely submission of Bills to clients with all supporting documents.
  • Highlight all the issues related to projects with the company management.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors and government authorities to determine the specification of the projects.
  • Obtain the required permissions, licenses, and documents from the relevant authorities.
