Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Work Experience of 10 years, out of which 3 years in charge of (G+4) Buildings, Landscaping, MEP and Infra works.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- MS office, Knowledge of Autocad
Key Responsibilities
- Plan all the construction operations and schedule all the respective activities to complete the project on time.
- Evaluate project progress and Manage DPRs
- Prepare Project management charts (Gantt Charts, Flow Charts, CPM, PERT) using PM Tools.
- Understand project requirements as per mentioned in WO/Awarded contract and Tenders.
- Ensuring the timely submission of Bills to clients with all supporting documents.
- Highlight all the issues related to projects with the company management.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors and government authorities to determine the specification of the projects.
- Obtain the required permissions, licenses, and documents from the relevant authorities.
