Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager to join our team in New Delhi. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, expediting project timelines, managing logistics, overseeing inspection processes, and ensuring compliance with project goals and standards. You will play a central role in aligning teams and resources to achieve Chiltier vision of delivering innovative thermal management solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in Project Management (ideally in consumer electronics), including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality assurance and compliance standards.
• Proven expertise in Logistics Management, including coordination with vendors and supply chain optimization.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience managing engineering or technology projects is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
