Job Description
Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Erection and Commissioning: Supervise the erection and commissioning of various chemical dosing systems, including chlorine dioxide (ClO2) dosing systems, water treatment plants, effluent and sewage treatment plants, and related mechanical equipment like skids, storage tanks, pumps, and piping. Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards and specifications. Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within the allocated budget. Timely Completion: Ensure the project is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and handover documentation. Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for material procurement, and resolve any technical issues during erection and commissioning. Safety Management: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
