Your Role

As a Product Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and implementing customer product tools within the SME segment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to configure solutions, manage implementations, and ensure successful delivery aligned to customer needs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead client onboarding and support customers in setting up their travel programs
• Coordinate discussions with clients to define infrastructure, travel policy requirements, and user enrollment
• Create, maintain, and track detailed project plans for implementations
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot online booking tools and related travel products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Service Delivery, Commercial, Product Development, and Support
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for product implementations
• Contribute to best practices, standardization, and global implementation quality improvements
• Provide regular updates to management on implementation progress and risks
• Participate in governance meetings and track departmental metrics and goals
• Evaluate feasibility of new vendor offerings in collaboration with Product Development
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage implementation challenges
• Drive issue resolution and ensure timely escalation of critical concerns
• Support global stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones

Your Profile

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
• Proven project management skills (Agile/PMP methodologies preferred)
• Experience managing timelines, scope, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Smartsheet
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and adaptability skills
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation planning

Good to have

• Knowledge of corporate travel industry
• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Galileo)
• Familiarity with online booking tools (Concur, Deem, GetThere)
• Experience working in virtual/global team environments
• P&L awareness and business acumen
• Ability to drive change in complex environments
