Job Description: Project Manager, Oracle ERP

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountancy (CA), or a related field

10-15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS/Cloud implementations and support

Proven track record of managing 2-3+ ERP projects with 10+ team members

Extensive experience interacting with clients. Onsite US/Europe experience is preferable

Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PMP certification (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex Cloud ERP projects and programs

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, track progress, and provide regular status updates

Oversee project resource allocation, milestone tracking, and client invoicing

Present project status, risk assessments, and change management plans to program governance bodies

Effectively manage escalations, coordinate with stakeholders, and build strong client relationships

Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams within projects and across ERP practices
