Job Description

We're looking for a people-first Project Manager to lead the delivery of a cloud-based mobile and web solution designed for near real-time data capture and reporting in industrial environments. The role is not just managing tasks it's about building trust, keeping communication clear, and helping teams, partners and customers stay aligned through every phase of delivery.

You'll be the steady hand guiding the project from kickoff to post-implementation support, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders. While technical familiarity is helpful, your real strength lies in planning, coordination, empathy, and execution.

Responsibilities

Own the full delivery lifecycle planning, execution, and post-launch support for
a mobile-first, cloud-based customer solution
Keep communication flowing between developers, QA, offshore contributors, client
stakeholders, and leadership
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery by their developers
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and milestone reviews with a focus on
clarity and accountability
Track progress, manage risks, and maintain documentation without losing sight of
the human side of delivery
Identify risks, communicate with project team, internal leadership and customer
ahead of time.
Do necessary actions to manage schedule, replan if needed with taking all
stakeholders in confidence.
Support training coordination and ensure smooth handoffs to operations and support
teams
Help shape release schedules in collaboration with product owners and engineering
leads
Ensure compliance with client-specific standards (e.g., NERC, OSHA) and security
protocols

Requirements

6+ years of project management experience in software or IT services, with exposure
to cloud/mobile solution delivery
Experience in working with International customers (North American preferred)
Solid communication skills verbal & written.
Strong interpersonal skills you know how to listen, guide, and build trust across
teams and cultures
Experience managing vendors and offshore teams with empathy and clarity
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Comfort with enterprise integration methods (APIs, ESB, MFT) and mobile
deployment strategies (e.g., Intune)
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus

Bonus Points
Experience in utility or industrial automation domains
Understanding of .NET-based application stacks and SQL/Oracle database
environments
Exposure to data migration, UAT coordination, or post-implementation audits
