About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within our fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech product/project delivery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams. Experience in AI-driven solutions will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, resolve roadblocks, and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Conduct regular project reviews, provide status updates, and ensure transparency with leadership.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations when applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience, some of which preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team technology projects.
- Strong understanding of fintech systems, digital payments, banking workflows, or financial product platforms.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI/ML projects, data-driven solutions, or automation initiatives.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CSM, or Agile certifications.
- Experience working with global teams or enterprise environments.
