Service Provider's Project Manager Scope of Work

Project Manager (qualified Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with a minimum of Eight (8) years of experience in project execution) to provide Project Management and Engineering Support Services to the Client's theatre projects on a pan-India basis, as detailed below.

A.Pre-Commencement

Support the Developer in filling in the Technical Annexures for Joint Measurement.

Coordinate Joint Measurements on site between the Client and the Developer.

Check and verify BOQ quantities at site and assess additional required items to ensure minimum inclusion of Non-Tender (NT) items.

Participate in the tender floating and related coordination activities.

Assist the Client in vendor evaluation and finalization.

B. Post Commencement

Site Monitoring:

Day-to-day technical supervision.

Review of project planning, bar charts, and schedules.

Review of working drawings, service placements, and consultant instructions.

Issuing guidelines to contractors for timely completion.

Recommending material tests (at contractor/client cost).

Reviewing and commenting on quality issues.

Checking material procurement schedules.

Monitoring and reporting progress, identifying delays.

Attending project meetings (client/architect/contractor).

C. Handover & Closeout

Setting up and witnessing handover process.

Checking guarantees and warranties.

Witnessing testing and commissioning of all services.

Verifying closeout documents.
