Project Manager (Banking)

Key Responsibilities

• Support and govern Core Banking and Corporate Banking transformation initiatives
• Provide PMO oversight across Lending, Trade Finance, CASA / General Ledger, and Payments programs
• Manage governance activities including RAID, dependencies, change control, and delivery tracking
• Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and executive / Steering Committee updates
• Coordinate with business, IT, operations, and system integrator teams
• Ensure adherence to banking regulatory, audit, and delivery frameworks (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ year of experience
• Independent PMO ownership within core banking or corporate banking programs
• Banking & Financial Services experience
• Hands-on exposure to Core Banking programs
• Strong domain knowledge in Lending, Trade Finance, CASA / GL, Payments
• Experience working with core banking platforms, payment engines, or lending systems
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills
