Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, computer science, or engineering
  • Certifications likePMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster are good to have.
  • Good exposure in the Banking and Finance domain is a must
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology consulting projects, ensuring adherence toproject scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Work closely with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop comprehensiveproject plans, including resource allocation,risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, designers, and testers, to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates tostakeholders and senior management on project milestones, key decisions, and issues resolution.
  • Manage client expectations and relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors or partners, as required.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
