Duties And Responsibilities
- Master planning & day to day Planning of each project for timely execution including coordination with all consultants
- Coordinating with the construction team and contractor.
- Certification of BOQ & Control of BOQ vs spent through farvision.
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans
- Conduct site visit to assess feasibility and gather necessary data.
- Manage the construction site and follow the SOP as per site.
- Understanding about structural and architectural designs.
- Conduct quality control inspection to ensure project specifications.
- Completion of projects on given time, monitor the progress of all projects and keep the Board informed of any critical issues.
