About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated individual to take on the role of a Project Manager for co-engineering projects. This position involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing a team of Developers and QA Engineers, and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of co-engineering projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
- Manage and lead a dedicated team of Developers and QA Engineers, including planning, allocation, performance, and delivery tracking.
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships.
- Partner with client Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Architects, and Business stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into executable plans.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, dependency management, and release planning.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and KPIs, providing timely status updates to leadership and the client.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, QA processes, SDLC, security, and banking/financial services compliance requirements.
- Identify delivery risks proactively and drive mitigation and resolution.
- Coordinate across Engineering, QA, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and client teams to remove blockers and ensure smooth releases.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, engineering practices, automation, and team productivity.
- Support capacity planning, resource forecasting, hiring/onboarding, and ramp-up of the dedicated engineering team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency on delivery progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in project management and delivery of software projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in driving Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies in project delivery and drive mitigation strategies.
- Understanding of engineering standards, QA processes, SDLC, security, and compliance requirements.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the banking/financial services industry.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with capacity planning and resource forecasting.
- Previous experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
