Transitions Project Manager (Infra Projects Set Up)

Project Manager - Infra Projects setup- Designation- Senior Manager level

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end interior project execution for call centers and office spaces.

• Review architect-prepared layouts and BOQs to identify, evaluate, and finalize suitable vendors for interior fit-outs.

• Lead vendor negotiations and supervise project implementation.

• Oversee execution of interior works along with electrical, air-conditioning, and UPS systems, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in office interior projects, with knowledge of electrical, HVAC/AC, and UPS systems.

• Proven expertise in vendor management, and project supervision, or prior hands-on experience in executing interior and related works.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.

• Open to international travel for project implementation.

Location:

• Base Location: India Noida or Bangalore

• Global travel required for execution of projects.
