Job Description

  • Collaborating with cross functional teams and vendor to address and resolve defects efficiently
  • Tracking defects, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, communicating defect status, trends and resolutions to internal teams and PWC
  • Analyse defects to determine root causes and impacts on project timelines and deliverables
  • Driving conversations and holding meetings with vendor and internal teams on defect logs and requirements
  • Project Managing the defects and driving them to closure effectively
  • Technical Skill sets: None, PMP/Agile Preferred, Banking Domain Preferred
