Project Manager and Scrum Master

As part of Agile Delivery Services team, this role will cater to managing the delivery of digital projects.

This role will work with business, digital leadership teams and delivery teams for managing end to end delivery of projects thru agile/hybrid project management models.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end delivery of projects (Agile/Hybrid) within time and budget
• Manage agile project execution and install Agile best practices within the project
• Manage project delivery team and stakeholders thru communication and governance
• Develop & manage measurements & KPIs for project governance and monitoring across projects
• Manage project cost, risk and resources
• Ensure project adherence to company standards

What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience:

• Experience as project manager/scrum master for large/mid-scale product implementation
• Experience in projects involving Data Engineering, Qlik visualization, business analytics dashboards rollout etc.
• Experience working in JIRA, certified and well verse with JIRA / Confluence tools
• Experience in managing projects in both agile/hybrid environment
• Experience in project management tools and methodologies preferably GCP DevOps/JIRA
• Experience as project manager/scrum master for large/mid-scale product implementation
• Experience in projects involving Full Stack Development, RPA/BOTs, COTS product rollout etc.
• Experience in working with both internal delivery and vendor driven projects (T&M/Fixed Bid)
