Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager – ITExperience: 4+ YearsLocation: IndoreEmployment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation to delivery
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues or risks proactively
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction
  • Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
