The role involves managing project delivery, quality control, SLA adherence, and team operations for Title indexing projects within the US mortgage and title domain.
Project Manager Title Indexing
Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of US Title documents.
- Manage end-to-end Title indexing projects.
- Familiarity with backfile and day-forward indexing
- Handle complex and critical Title indexing scenarios
- Track productivity, accuracy, TAT, and SLAs
- Lead and manage indexing teams including Stage 4 processors and QAs
- Ensure adherence to client-specific indexing guidelines
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Support audits, rework handling, and quality improvement initiatives
