Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee project execution, planning, billing, and costing activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and adherence to quality standards. Strong technical knowledge in AutoCAD and drawing interpretation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource planning
• Ensure smooth execution of projects as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD)
• Verify drawings before execution and highlight discrepancies
• Prepare client billing (RA Bills / Final Bills)
• Verify contractor/vendor bills as per work completion
• Maintain measurement sheets and billing records
• Prepare project cost estimates and BOQ
• Monitor project cost vs budget and control expenses
• Analyze cost variations and suggest corrective actions
• Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Accounts, HR)
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & drawing reading
• Expertise in project execution and site management
• Knowledge of billing, BOQ, and costing
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
