- Work with the Product owner & Architects to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
- Collaborate with Product Owner in backlog creation and management
- Provide overall project management as per the governance model with stand-up and weekly Core team meetings
- Managing issues and risk mitigation plan, change order process, readiness reviews and overall health of the program using best practices and methodologies.
- Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives
- Ensures full transparency with velocity, burn down/up reporting, and communicating team progress with value focused metrics
- Track tasks, dependencies and proactively work as a servant leader to help the engineers to work smoothly
- Setup the project management processes as per the industry best practices
- Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization
- Technical delivery experience across the entire SDLC, with deep expertise in software development
- Experience in creating low level designs of the entire applications including servers, deployments and workflows

- Experience managing or leading a team of multi-skilled engineers, developers and QAs (Internal & Partners).

- Knowledge of e-commerce online B2C growth and managing online initiatives related to companies global expansion in various markets
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict / resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in small, but growing organizations
