We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to independently own end-to-end delivery of tech and design-led projects. The role demands strong execution ownership, sound technical understanding, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
This is not a coordination or account management role. The ideal candidate is decisive, adaptable, accountable, and understands how digital products are planned, built, and delivered.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership & Delivery
Own projects from kick off to closure, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery
Translate client requirements into clear workflows, user stories, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards with minimal rework
Execution & Decision-Making
Take informed execution decisions without excessive dependency on escalations
Anticipate risks, identify dependencies, and take corrective actions proactively
Balance speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations under pressure
Technical & Architecture Understanding
Possess working knowledge of web and app architectures, including frontend, backend, CMS, APIs,
and third-party integrations
Understand hosting fundamentals such as domains, DNS, SSL, deployment flows, and environments
Evaluate feasibility, impact, and risks based on architectural understanding (coding not required)
Planning, Workflows & Agile Practices
Define and manage end-to-end workflows across design and development
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution tracking
Create clear user stories with acceptance criteria in collaboration with tech and design teams
Ensure no work begins without clarity on scope, workflow, and technical approach
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as the primary delivery POC for clients
Push back when required with logic, data, and impact assessment
Ensure all approvals, feedback, and scope changes are clearly documented
Team Coordination
Work closely with design, tech, and QA teams to ensure alignment and accountability
Drive clarity on responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies across teams
Documentation & Tools
Use Basecamp extensively for planning, communication, documentation, and tracking
Maintain structured project plans, meeting notes, approval logs, and change requests
Ensure complete communication trails for audit and reference
Process & Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps in delivery or process and propose practical improvements
Use tools (including AI where relevant) to improve efficiency, clarity, and turnaround time
Required Skills & Experience56 years of experience managing tech-driven digital projects
Strong understanding of:
Website and application development lifecycles
Design workflows and dependencies
Technical architecture and hosting fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Basecamp / Jira
Proven ability to manage multiple parallel projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
